My name is Brianne Loudon, owner of Loudon Business Solutions. I started this small business as a catalyst to empower other small business owners, particularly healthcare providers, to not only stay in business but thrive in business. I believe in the power of small businesses in communities and want to do my part to contribute to their existence and growth. I have decades of experience working in different types of healthcare settings from inpatient, emergency departments, outpatient therapies, mental health, long term care, skilled nursing, primary care, etc. Through my professional journey, I have experienced all parts of the revenue cycle and the inefficiencies that can bog down an entire practice. The administrative burden and time constraints it places on providers and staff leads to further burn out and inconsistency in the processes. My goal is to help providers in any specialty or field of healthcare identify the problems and develop solutions that work for their specific practice.
